| 摘 要： | 坚持与时俱进,是我们党进行革命、建设和改革等各种实践活动的一贯指导方针,是赋予马克思主义生命力和创造力,指导我们事业取得成功的重要保证.因此,我们所进行的任何一项工作都必须坚持与时俱进.工会工作自然也不例外,要与时俱进,要随着形势的发展而转型.这种转型,可以概括为"三个转型",即从娱乐型转变为参政型,从福利型转变为维权型,从传统型转变为现代型.

| Abstract: | Advancing with times is CCP's persistent guideline for revolution,construction and diverse practical movements,is important insurance for success of our enterprise.Thus we must keep advancing with times in every work,also excepting the labor union management.The labor union management should transform with the condition.The transformation can be concluded three kinds of styles as follow: from recreational to participating,from welfare to sticking up for rights,from traditional to modern. |
