对娄底市发展生态旅游模式的思考

娄底市拥有典型的自然生态旅游景观和人文旅游资源,区位优势显著,是建构湖南旅游强省的重要组成部分。近年娄底市大力改善旅游投资环境,但基础设施落后,产品促销力度不够,资金来源缺乏等问题的存在,还远远不能适应日益发展的形势需求,为此,应以科学发展观为指导,以市场为导向,加强旅游资源保护,确定合理的环境容量,突出地方特色,走“一头两翼三线”的发展模式,从而实现娄底市生态旅游资源的可持续利用。
