Implementation Module of "Triangular Pyramid" Business Strategy

Business strategy management consists mainly of the two central components of strategy design and strategy implementation. Strategy design is usually done by strategy designers, and therefore, the central part for business strategy management is strategy implementation. Efficient business strategy implementation requires a clearly defined framework as guideline. This article focuses on building a strategy implementation supporting sub system with strategy learning, strategy ability and strategy control, and then building a strategy implementation "triangular pyramid" system module. It also explains the theoretical connotation of the module as well as its guiding function to practice.
