| 摘 要： | 法律本身就是一种和谐,法律对构建和谐社会具有特殊的功能,它为民主法治提供理论支撑和制度设计,为公平正义提供评价尺度和实现形式,为安定有序提供行为模式与法律保障。因此,必须要树立人本法律观,促进和谐社会的构建。

| Abstract: | The law itself is a kind of harmony.Its special function for the construction of a harmonious society can be found in three aspects: providing a theoretical frame and systematic outline for the democratic governance,offering a standard of assessment and form of realization for fairness and justice,and allowing the behavior mode and legal guarantee for security and order.Therefore,it is imperative to promote the human-centered view of law so as to enhance the construction of a harmonious society. |
