Optimizing of mineral resource planning from the view of the knowledge products

In order to realize the efficient development and use of mineral resources the auther studied the optimization of mineral resources planning.For the purpose,taking the mineral resources planning for a kind of knowledge product and searching for the conditions and the processes of making that knowledge product optimizing are the premises here.The study reveals that the precondition of realizing optimization of mineral resources planning is that there are efficient planning teams in existence.However,the main factor influencing the efficiency of teams of mineral resources planning is the effective use of tacit knowledge in every member of the teams.Therefore,the governance in the team of mineral resources planning should be well designed,and the various social capitals among the team members,which are in favor of the sufficient communication between them,should be established.
