社会主义混合经济运行机制研究

社会主义混合经济,是指在社会主义条件下,各种所有制的经济成份有机地结合在一起,在社会主义国家的引导或控制之下,共同进行社会生产、分配、交换和消费而形成的经济类型．通过改革,建立起控制国民经济运行的＂三极管理结构＂,运用管理国民经济的放大原理,充分利用社会化大生产各个环节互相依赖的关系,可在保证经济仍然按社会需要有计划按比例发展的前提下,大大降低社会经济管理总成本和国家投资量．判断一个地区的经济性质不应只看公有制经济成份在其中所占的数量比重,还应看其在经济中所处的地位．应当在改革过程中设计出各种约束机制来弥补公有制经济的损益缺乏经济约束机制的缺陷．
