| Abstract: | To construct cultural city,it's firstly necessary to comprehensively analysis the value of cultural resources of the city. Cultural resources have three Characteristics: potentiality,hysteresis and unity. To deepen the understanding of cultural resources' characteristics is the foundation for Beijing and other ancient capitals to carry on and develop their historically cultural tradition. |
