新农村文化建设的现状及其路径

农村文化是农民在农村社会实践活动中所创造的物质财富和精神财富的总和,是农民的文化水平、思想观念以及在漫长的农耕实践中形成并积淀下来的认知方式、思维模式、价值观念、情感状态、处世态度、人生追求、生活方式等反映,也是农村社会进步的标志。农村文化具有乡土性、归属性、直观性、季节性和多样性的特征。当前,中国农村文化发展不平衡,农村文化设施落后。因此,新农村文化建设要树立新农村文化与城市文化和谐共生的理念,提高农民思想道德素质,强化科学文化素质教育,要充分从优秀传统文化中汲取营养,开展形式多样的、健康的农村文化活动。

A Ponder on the Current State of and Ways to the Culture Building in the Socialist New Countryside Building

Rural culture is the sum total of the material wealth and spiritual wealth peasants have created in their rural social practice, a reflex of the peasants＂ knowledge and ideology and of their cognitive way,thinking way, values, emotion, attitude, life pusuit, life style,etc, which the peasants have formed and accumulated in their tong cultivation, and a symbol of the rural social progress as well. Rural culture is characterised with local flavor, sense of belonging, visualization,seasonality and diversity. Currently, the rural cultural development in China is still in imbalance and the rural cultural facilities still lag behind. Therefore, it is suggested that in the culture building of the socialist new countryside building the mentality be developed that rural culture should harmonize and co-exist with urban culture; the peasants＂ quality of ideology and morality be improved; their sci-tech-and-cultural-quality-oriented education be strengthened; the rural culture building fully derive nourishment from the excellent traditional culture; a variety of healthy rural cultural activities be developed.
