| Abstract: | In the last stage of Qing Dynasty, the foreigner also seized the chance of the capital invasion to China. It caused much disputation in the mining industry domain. The Qing government had taken a series of measures from diplomatic, economical, and political angles, and these measures had influenced China very much. |
