| 摘 要： | 开发区投资失败的重要原因之一,是前期没有进行科学的投资效益评价、或其投资效益评价模式不当所致。对开发区经营方式、开发模式和投资策略进行全面分析,构建开发区静态和动态投资效益评价体系,应用于实际开发区战略规划。

| Abstract: | One of the significant cruxes of influencing elements ,which has leads to the failure of development zone,is having not carried scientific evaluation for benefit,or the improper pattern of its evaluation for benefit .this article based on a comprehensive analysis to the pattern of management in the development zone,the pattern of exploitation and the strategy of investment,it has formed the system of static and dynamic investment benefit,and has also applied in development zone's strategic programming. |
