| 摘 要： | 民族政治发展是一种由低级到高级的正向变迁过程,主要表现为民族政治体系的构建与完善,以及民族政治生活从传统到现代的变迁。民族政治发展研究既有其深刻而严谨的理论逻辑,也有直接而充分的现实依据。民族政治体系的构建与完善以及民族政治生活的现代化是民族政治发展的研究对象。建构民族政治发展的理论体系和方法框架,加强对民族政治发展实践的研究,是推动该项研究深入发展、规范前行的应有之义。
