多元智能理论下的新型学前教育师资能力结构

随着教育改革的深入和发展,传统的学前教育师资能力结构已不能适应新时期教育改革和发展的需要,必须更新学前教育师资的能力结构。笔者针对多元智能理论对教师的新要求,提出新型的学前教育师资能力结构

New teachers'''' Capability Structure in Preschool Education under Multi-intelligent Theory

As education reform develops and goes into deep,traditional teachers` capability structure in preschool education is not suitable for education reform and development in the new period,so renewing teachers` capability structure in the preschool education is necessary.According to the new requirements for teachers under multi-intelligent theory,this paper puts forward six kinds of ability structure for teachers in the new preschool education,which are the ability for understanding children completely and objectively,the ability for teaching children practically and effectively,the ability for appraising children correctly and impartially,the ability for associating with teaching environment,the ability for teaching and making scientific research and the ability for self-developing.
