Abstract:As education reform develops and goes into deep,traditional teachers` capability structure in preschool education is not suitable for education reform and development in the new period,so renewing teachers` capability structure in the preschool education is necessary.According to the new requirements for teachers under multi-intelligent theory,this paper puts forward six kinds of ability structure for teachers in the new preschool education,which are the ability for understanding children completely and objectively,the ability for teaching children practically and effectively,the ability for appraising children correctly and impartially,the ability for associating with teaching environment,the ability for teaching and making scientific research and the ability for self-developing.
