| Abstract: | The essay reviews the situation of corporate governance in the state-owned enterprises in Russia and Eastern European countries during the period of economic transition. It also analyses their experience and lessons. The author finally sums up their inspiration upon the corporate governance in the reformation of the state-owned enterprises in China, which include system designing, orientation of the corporate governance, choice of the correct way of transformation and cultural tradition |
