Japan's African Policy and Its Strategic Aims in the New Century

After the end of the cold war,especially after entering the new century,Africa's position in international poli- tics is rising.At the same time,with the changing world situation and the development of its national econo- my,Japan changed its Africa policy.In order to strengthen its influence in Africa comprehensively,it takes a positive attitudc in its African diplomacy.This essay analyses the adaptation o f Japan's Africa policy and draws lessons for China.
