| 摘 要： | 先秦礼书设计的西周中央政权组织中有王与后分治的制度,以周天子和王后分别统帅以男子为主体的王朝政务官和以后妃为主体的王室事务官,分掌王家内外.学者拘囿于礼书的性质,在西周官制研究中或对之持疑,或阙而不论.金文和传世文献表明,这一制度在西周政治运行机制中确实存在,且有着独特的时代内涵.与制度模式化和礼书理想化特征相较,现实政治中王与后分治的政治运行机制并非畛域殊然.
