| Abstract: | A city is the symbol of a country or region. Then the city development in Taiwan becomes the specific expression of the developing level in this region. Before Japan occupied it, the city development in Taiwan experienced three stages: natural development, Holland and Spain colony, recaptured and management by Zheng Chenggong and his son, and unity by Qing Dynasty. |
