| 摘 要： | 教育是准公共产品，高等教育也是如此，因此必须由政府和私人共同提供。我国政府财政支出在高等教育领域存在着一些需要加以改进的问题。文章分析了我国高等教育财政支出存在的问题，对日本和美国的高等教育财政支出进行了比较并且思考其借鉴意义，最后提出了我国高等教育财政支出的改革方向。
