| 摘 要： | 在工业化国家中,英国、法国、德国和美国为城市水资源的投融资和管理方式提供了一系列有用的实例。法国的委托管理的商业模式被水务大型民营公司广泛采用;英国以水行业的大型民营公司,引领全面民营部门城市水业市场;德国政府对于城市水业实行了有效的管制体系;美国的公共与民营投资间的拉锯,现向更多的民营参与者敞开。

| Abstract: | In the industrialized countries,England,France,German and America provide a series of practical examples of water source investment and management models.The French commercial management pattern was widely used by the large water companies.In England,large water companies lead the water market in big cities.Germany government provides the effective management system.In America,the disparity between the public and folk investment now is being publicized to more and more folk members. |
