| 摘 要： | 物质资本投资与人力资本投资是企业投资的两个重要方面, 运用"倒U曲线"假说可以较好的反映人力资本投资与物质资本投资结构问题,人力资本与物质资本投资比例必须适当,只有合理配置,企业才能获得最好的经济效益.

| Abstract: | Physical capital investment and human capital investment are two important aspects of enterprises' investment.The hypothesis of "upside-down U curve" also reflects the structure of human capital investment and physical capital.The two kinds of investment should be in good proportion and well collocated in order to bring about the best economic benefit for enterprises. |
