| 摘 要： | 作者和编者在创作、撰稿、投稿、刊登及退稿等编纂过程中都会有不同程度的心理反应。这些心理反应有自身固有的,也有外界影响的;有积极的,也有消极的。作者与编者应调节自身心理因素,加强心理修养,将消极心理转化为积极心理。
