| 摘 要： | 监狱是国家机器的重要组成部分,从夏至周,随着国家职能的逐步增强,监狱管理制度也在不断地完善。但由于生产力水平的低下,尽管经过三代的发展,监狱从形式到内容都有了很大的发展与变化,但从总体上看还不是独立的机关,更谈不上系统的管理制度,因此,夏商周时期的监狱还只是监狱的雏形。

| Abstract: | Jial is an important component part of the state institution of a country.Despite the great changes and development of jails in both form and content from the Xia Dynasty to the Zhou Dynasty,Jails were not independent institutions and it was needless to mention the systematic management system of jails.Jails in the Xia,Shang and Zhou Dynasties just appeared in an embryonic form. |
