| 摘 要： | 企业知识结构体系是有效地为顾客创造价值所需的关键性资源,它具有不断演化的特点,其演化的主要动因来源于顾客需求的动态变化及企业生存和发展的需要。文章分析企业知识结构体系的构成,研究企业知识更新、组织知识结构体系演化的动因及模式,探讨组织学习对企业知识结构体系演化的影响,为企业有效地进行知识管理奠定基础。

| Abstract: | The enterprise's knowledge structure system is the basis of creating value for its customers,and it has evolutionary character.The main cause of the evolution roots in the dynamic change of customers and the enterprise's survival and development.This paper analyses the constitution of the enterprise's knowledge structure system,researches into the mode of the enterprise knowledge updating,and the way organization learning mode affects the evolution of enterprise's knowledge structure system.In order to try for sustaining competitive advantage,it is possible to manage the evolution process of enterprise's knowledge structure system. |
