| Abstract: | At present,and even in quite a long period,the county industrial development issue is Chinese most important task in the development of the county economics.The contradictions between current county 's economic development and population,resources or environment are very conspicuous.Exploring the mechanism for promoting county industry under the increasingly constraining and strengthening conditions of resources and environment has become very important and urgent. |
