| 摘 要： | 党的十八大决定在全党深入开展以“务实、为民、清廉”为主要内容的群众路线教育实践活动。习仲勋是“深受群众爱戴的党的宝贵的群众领袖”，不仅拥有丰富的群众路线实践经验，而且形成了特色鲜明的群众观思想。文章以新的视野梳理了习仲勋群众观形成的脉络，分析了习仲勋群众观的主要价值内涵，论述了习仲勋群众观对党的群众路线教育的现实启示。

| Abstract: | The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC has determined to carry out the mass line educa -tional practice focusing on “being pragmatic , people-oriented, and free from corruption” in the Party.Xi Zhongxun , the leader of the masses , has been deeply loved by his people .He has formed a distinctive concept of the masses with his rich practical experience .The paper reviews the formation of his concept of the masses with a new perspective , analyzes its main connotations , and discusses its implications for the mass line educational practice . |
