| 摘 要： | 在现阶段农村人口大量进入城市社区生活和工作的城镇化背景下，须积极推动社会组织参与城市社区治理。当前，社会组织已在城市社区治理中发挥了一定的作用，但仍存在着参与治理的积极性不高、力度不大、绩效不理想等问题。对这些问题，须针对性地予以解决，以提升城市社区的治理能力。

| Abstract: | With a large amount of rural population pouring into urban community to live and work, we should encourage social organizations to participate in urban community govemance. Currently social organizations have played some role in urban community governance, but there are still such problems as they are not highly enthusiastic in the participation, they are not highly involved, and the effect is not ideal. We should pay special attention to these questions so as to enhance urban community governance ability. |
