| 摘 要： | 学术不端不单是个体为了学术名利而实施的违反学术准则、违背学术诚信的行为。从缄默层面看，学术不端更是群体性层面的学术失范，是现代性社会、传统文化思想以及人性特征等社会文化基因在高校学术场域中的外在显现。高校要根除学术不端，除完善优化学术评价制度外，更为关键的是要摈弃表层化治理，澄清“学术不端”的缄默层面，唤醒高校学术人的社会良知，激活学术主体的学术旨趣。

| Abstract: | Academic misconduct is not only a violation of academic norms and breaches of academic integrity by an individual for academic fame and fortune.From the perspective of indifference,academic misconduct is more of an academic anomie at the group level.It is an external appearance of social and cultural genes such as modernity,traditional culture and human nature in the academic field of higher education.To eradicate academic misconduct,colleges and universities should,in addition to improving and perfecting the academic evaluation system,abandon the superficial administration,eliminate the indifference of academic misconduct,awaken the social conscience of academic scholars and activate the academic subject's academic interest. |
