| 摘 要： | 加强德育常规建设具有多方面的重大意义。德育常规建设包括以下内容：1．德育目标具体化；2．德育内容系统化和层次化；3．德育途径、方法科学化；4．德育工作过程程序化；5．德育评价规范化等。实施德育常规建设应遵循方向性原则、全面性原则、可行性原则、动态性原则和创造性原则。为了加快德育常规建设的进程，还需要在实践中注重多方面的问题。
