On cost management and control of the basic building projects in colleges and universities

Based on his own experiences of the basic building projects cost management in the university,the author expatiates on how to well manage and control project cost in some important parts of basic building projects in colleges and universities,and suggests that the dynamic cost management and con-trol during the entire process of building projects should be strengthened,especially the cost manage-ment in the earlier decision-making and designing so as to improve the economic benefit of the basic building project investment in colleges and universities and effectively control the cost of such projects.
