| Abstract: | It becomes especially important and urgent under the background of rule of law to build constitution theoretic system with Chinese characteristics, supplying intelligent support for constitutional construction. Constitution edited by Professor ZHOU Ye-zhong of Wuhan university exactly meets the need and makes creative studies, which mainly includes: integrity and systematization; theoreticalism and positivism, active constitution and static constitution; in heritance and creation. |
