| 摘 要： | 通过分析目前高校对校外勤工助学的管理现状,探讨高校在校外勤工助学管理中的社会中间层主体的法律地位,明确高校在管理中享有规章制定权、推荐权、监管权、非法律惩罚权等职权与权利,承担审查、岗前培训、合理使用专项经费等职责与义务,从而规范和完善其管理,切实保障校外勤工助学的大学生的合法权益.
