网络时代的知识产权保护

由于历史的原因,我国的知识产权保护相对较弱,至今没有形成完整的法律体系。计算机信息网络技术的迅猛发展又使网络空间的知识产权保护面临更加严峻的挑战。但是另一方面,在知识就是力量的信息时代,知识产权的不当保护对网络发展、知识和智力成果的应用也构成威胁。这是一个悖论,本文对此提出了一孔之见。

The protection of right of intelligence property in the age of network

For historical reasons,the protection of intellectual property rights in China is comparably indifferent.And the complete legal system has not been formed at present.The swift and violent development of the technique of computers information-based networks makes the protection intellectual property rights in network space face serious challenge.However,in the information-based age in which "knowledge is power",the improper protection of intellectual property rights in networks is also a threat to the protection of the continuous development of networks,knowledge and intelligence.This is a paradox.The article gives a particular opinion on the paradox.
