物流业战略管理与产业发展阶段研究——以中国绿色食品产业为例

物流业与产业、企业的发展密切相关,不同类型的产业以及产业和企业不同的发展阶段需要制定和实施不同的物流业发展战略,这是一个动态演变过程。本文利用产业成长分析模型和自回归分布滞后模型,得出中国绿色食品产业已进入成长阶段的中期和第三方物流发展水平已成为影响绿色食品产业发展的重要因素,以及物流业的发展相对滞后,管理水平较低等问题,进而提出加强对物流业的战略管理对策:整体规划物流发展的战略,制定完善的物流产业政策、积极开展物流企业合作竞争的发展战略等,以促进其整体结构优化和产业在国内外市场上的竞争优势等建议。

Analysis on Strategy Management of Logistics and Industry Development Stage Based on Green Food Industry

The development of the logistics industry and business enterprise,industry is closely related,on the other hand,the strengthened industry and enterprise can support the form of logistics,and it is a dynamic process.Different industry,even different development phase of industry and enterprise need different form of logistics evelopment strategy.This text makes use of the industry growth analysis model to judge green food industry has gone into its intermediate stage.The third party logistics affects green food industry development,through ADL model,our country logistics industry is after developing,management level still lower,which requests to carry on the third party logistics positively on objective aspect.However,the government's support and industrial policy play important roles in technology innovation of green food industry.This text puts forward corresponding of series policy suggestion of strategic management to the logistics industry:the whole programming logistics developing strategy,draws up a perfect logistics industry policy and opens development strategy etc.The exhibition logistics business enterprise cooperates competition actively.So that it can accelerate adjustment and industrial promotion in whole structure,and enhance its competitive power in domestic and foreign market.
