| 摘 要： | 已经公布的政府信息公开工作年度报告,大致反映出政府信息公开法制的实施概况和信息公开监督保障制度的落实情况。报告的时效性、规范性、真实性有待加强;虽然总体上说信息公开取得了显著成就,但公众参与程度不高、欠缺配套保障制度等问题也十分突出。领导重视、配套制度建设,尤其是公众自觉参与,是进一步推进信息公开的关键。
