略论司空图的“三外”说

本文从司空图的"韵外之致"、"象外之象"、"味外之味"三外说入手,从审美接受的角度出发,试图将其切入西方文学理论批评中加以比较.文中以中国古代接受理论与西方接受美学、格式塔心理学派等观点比附印证,试图找到古代文论对现代文学鉴赏理论的启示.

A Brief Comment on the Three S's of SI Kong-tu

Proceeding from Si Kong-tu's three S's, i.e. subtlety beyond the charm, subtlety beyond the imagery, and subtlety beyond the flavor, and from aesthetic perception, this paper attempts to fit it in with western literary critical theory for comparison. In this paper classical Chinese perception theory and western perception aesthetics and gestalt psychology are compared to validate each other, in order to find if classical literary theory can shed some light on contemporary literary appreciation theory.
