| 摘 要： | 物业管理在今后相当长的时期内仍将是一个地区经济、社会发展的重要支撑点。它直接关系到居民的生活质量和生存环境，是衡量一个地区经济、社会发展的重要标志之一。借鉴国内外物业管理体制与模式，分析延吉市物业管理及其存在的问题，构建和完善颇具特色的延吉市物业管理模式，对促进延吉市经济与社会的更好、更、快、和谐发展具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Since property management closely connects with resident＇s living standard and living environment, it not only has become the pillar to support regional economic and social development, but can mark prevailing economic levels in different areas. Based on the study of property management mechanism and models home and abroad, it is necessary to analyze the problems of property management in Yanji City and construct a model with regional features. This will be of great significance to accelerate the harmonious economic and social development in Yanji. |
