| 摘 要： | 艺术类的教学不同于其他学科类教学，有其自身的特点。与其他学科类教学相比，艺术教学更注重教学方法、实践。艺术教学由于自身的一些特点，使得其在教学过程与教学管理中与其他普通学科相比较存在着很大差异。它的管理的内容全，范围小，管理的层次低，工作细，管理的方法难度大。艺术教学管理是一项复杂的工作，也是一个系统工程。建立健全艺术类专业管理体系以及加强艺术类现代化教学管理建设，不断探索，不断完善，才能提高艺术人才培养的质量。
