| 摘 要： | 造价控制是当前建设过程中的重要管理手段,做好工程项目建设过程中的造价控制有助于服务建设单位,改进工程管理,有效降低工程造价成本。建设项目的实施是从编制项目建议书到项目竣工验收使用的全过程,主要包括可行性研究阶段、设计阶段、建设准备阶段、项目施工阶段、后评价阶段。工程项目建设过程中工程造价的控制重点一般应放在图纸设计阶段、建设准备阶段、项目实施阶段、工程结算审查阶段。

| Abstract: | As an important means of managing construction projects,cost control helps to increase the efficiency of project management and minimize the cost of construction.This paper states the steps of finishing construction projects,including feasibility study,design,preparation,construction and estimation.It holds that the key steps lie in detail design,preparation of construction,construction and project settlement. |
