| 摘 要： | 重视高校档案管理人员科研意识与能力的培养,是提高档案管理人员自身素质的迫切需要,也是适应档案工作发展和高校管理改革的必然要求。目前高校档案管理人员普遍存在科研意识淡薄、科研能力缺乏等问题,对此,档案管理人员应刻苦钻研档案学理论并以此指导工作实践,加强档案管理工作的理论探索与研究,同时,学校要为档案管理人员开展科研创造必要的条件。

| Abstract: | Emphasis is expected to be put on cultivating the scientific and research awareness and capability of university archivists to meet the need of personal quality improvement,and of the archive management,even of the university management reform.It suggests the archivists to study hard on the theories related and put them into practice,and the school to offer facilities for scientific research,so as to solve the popular problem of lack of scientific research awareness and capability. |
