| 摘 要： | 阐述了连云港市海洋经济发展现状,分析了连云港市发展海洋经济的潜力和优势,探讨了连云港市海洋经济发展应处理好的几个关系,即海洋渔业发展与经济效益关系;沿海产业项目选择与经济发展带动能力的关系;临海工业发展与海洋资源生态保护的关系;临港工业及港口发展与城市发展的关系以及滨海旅游与形成特色、创建品牌的关系。
