| 摘 要： | 领导班子是企业发展的火车头，坚强有力的领导班子是事业取得成功的基础。只有不断加强班子建设，才能极大的凝聚人心，调动员工积极性，形成心齐气顺、风正劲足的良好局面。而要加强班子建设，必须以学习为重点，不断提升创新意识和创业境界；以稳定为重点，不断提升大局意识和责任意识；以“四好班子”建设为重点，切实提升班子自身综合素质。
