| 摘 要： | 目前高校高水平运动培养存在管理体制落后、运行成本高,学训矛盾突出、教学目的难以实现,训练经费短缺、训练条件差,评价体系单一、教学管理难度大,训练体制僵化、教练团队弱等诸多问题。通过调查和分析,提出了高校高水平运动员培养的对策,即着重建设运动员培养管理体制、改变学制,注重个性培养、缓解学训矛盾,完善训练体系,提高体育水平等。

| Abstract: | At present,the high-level athletes' cultivation in colleges and universities is suffering from backward management system,high operating cost,sharp conflicts between learning and training,hard realization of teaching objects,and the shortage of training funds,etc.So the paper proposes such countermeasures as particularly developing the athlete management system,changing the length of schooling,cultivating personalities,releasing the conflicts,improving the sports level and so on. |
