摘    要:创新教育是素质教育的重要组成部分。创新能力的培养离不开素质教育,但素质教育必须体现为培养人的创新意识、创新品格、创新精神、创新能力服务,并以发掘人的创新潜能、弘扬人的主体精神、促进人的个性和谐发展为宗旨,通过一定文化氛围、文化环境和文化力的培养和建设,使之逐步地丰富和完善。
