| 摘 要： | 运用调查、访谈和数理统计等方法，对连云港市农民体育需求现状进行了调查，结果表明，连云港农民对体育组织管理类需求较高，其次是体育资源类需求和体育指导类的需求，反映出连云港衣村的体育组织管理相当薄弱，良好的体育氛围尚未形成，体育资源匮乏等。提出了完善农民体育组织管理体系，充分挖掘农村体育资源等相应对策与建议。

| Abstract: | The peasant's demand for sports in Lianyungang city is studied by investigation,interview,and statistics.It is found that their first demand goes to sports management,the next is resources,and then guidance,which indicates that measures should be taken in these aspects urgently.So corresponding strategies are proposed to improve organization and management system and exploit the potential resources,etc. |
