| 摘 要： | 高等教育是以传承、创新文化为使命的,她以特有的文化资源优势,对社会承负着引领文化的重要功能。而要担负引领文化的社会责任,首先必须有学术文化的视角,在研究学术文化占大学文化主导地位的基础上,注重对学术文化力结构要素的分析,并从其基本内涵和要求出发,着力于对学术文化力构建的探讨和对人才队伍建设问题的热切关注。
