| 摘 要： | 在高校招生教育规模迅速扩大及劳动力市场对人才需求的变化不断增大的背景下,大学生＂就业难＂已被社会广为关注。因而,高校就业指导工作在大学生就业工作过程中的重要性越来越凸显。基于中国高校学生就业指导的现状,剖析了其中存在的四大问题,探讨了高校学生就业指导体系建设的思路与措施,最后提出通过建立高校毕业生就业预警和人才供应报告制度,来解决社会与学校之间的就业需求与供给信息不对称的问题。

| Abstract: | The problem of employment has gained a lot of attention with the expanding enrollment and the increasing diversities of talent need in labor market.So career guidance takes more weight in the course of college student employment.The paper analyzes four major problems in China's college student career guidance based on the current situation.It also explores the ideas and strategies to build the guidance system.Career forecast and talent report are suggested to solve the imbalance between supply and demand. |
