皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区人力资源体制创新研究

摘    要:皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区是安徽省重点打造的承接产业转移示范区,是安徽省深入融入长三角经济圈的重要举措,通过分析皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区人力资源方面存在的主要问题,提出示范区在人才队伍建设方面总体上还处于优化完善的过程中,需要进一步创新重点领域人才、创新型科技人才的培养和激励机制。

Abstract:The building of the Industrial Transfer Demo Area in Cities along the Yangtze River in Anhui Province,a key demo area in the province,is an important measure to integrate Anhui with the Yangtze River delta.Analyzing the major problems in HR management therein,we concluded that HR management in the Area is still in the process of optimization;therefore,we should innovate the talent-training and simulative mechanism in scientific research and priority fields.
