突发性公共事件中的政府危机管理研究

在经济全球化、社会复杂化的时代背景下,我国社会公共危机已由非常态化的偶发转变为常态化的频发。当前,我国政府在应对公共危机的过程中暴露出了一些问题,因此要加强政府执政能力建设,积极开展政府危机公关,建立公共危机应急机制,同时发挥民间力量在社会危机管理中的作用,从而有效地应对各种公共危机,实现全面、协调、可持续的发展目标,更好地构建社会主义和谐社会。

On the Government Crisis Management of Emergent Public Affairs

With the economic globalization and social complication,high occurrence frequency of public crisis has been characterized in China.Some problems have emerged for the government to deal with these crises.The paper proposes to reinforce the administrative capacity in governing,actively carry out crisis public relation,establish the emergency response mechanisms and sufficiently mobilize the role of civilian power in the hope of coordinated and sustainable development of the harmonious society.
