| 摘 要： | 结合目前我国居民消费金融业务的特点,探讨了消费金融公司选择新的融资方式的必要性,并根据银监会正式颁布的《消费金融公司试点管理办法》中的有关规定,对国内外消费金融公司的融资途径进行了比较和总结。在此基础上,给出了适合我国消费金融公司特点的新型融资模式,即资产证券化融资模式。
