高校行政人员绩效管理体系构建

摘    要:传统高校行政人员管理模式已经难以与"人本、科学"的现代管理理念相适应;另一方面,高校管理事物也不断复杂化,需要更加科学高效的管理模式。在这样的背景之下,绩效管理逐步受到各大高校的高度重视并不断在实践中得到推广。从基本要素、管理流程和管理体系三个层面对高校行政人员绩效管理体系的构建进行了分析。
