| 摘 要： | 随着社会的进步,传统的依靠强权迫使被领导者服从领导者意志的、集权专制的领导方式已经不再适应人类发展和社会进步的需要,所以,在平等、理解、尊重的基础上,通过沟通、协调、激励等方法,依靠领导者的非权力影响力使被领导者从内心服从和认同的柔性化领导方式已经成为必然的选择。

| Abstract: | The traditional leadership of power and centralization to govern by force can not meet the demand of human development and social processing.Thus the selection of flexible leadership tends to be irresistible which makes people obey and agree the governing by non-power authority based on equality,understanding,and respect,through communication,coordination and inspiration. |
